Good loop

The beginning has a slight glitched feel to it, progression was narrowly scraped (but quickly picks up) before I thought it was my internet being slow. After listening to this for a few loops it's really growing on me. Drums are the top gravy as always!

calm soft drums!

Amoungst all of your calm/soft pieces, this probably has the best balance between drums and melody *and* keep it to a gentle sound. Gives me an image of someone sitting near a window staring into the sky in deep thought, works both ways for day and night skies now that I think about it.

Your style is prominant in this one, definately nubbin!

Bringing the beat back!

Foot tapping start, a HUGE shove, and powerful beats with an energetic melody.

What else is there to say? Other than "what the hell have we been listening at the dancefloors?".

Ethalyn responds:

Haha, awesome =D Thanks!

back to the 90's!

Seriously, it has been a dam sight age since I've heard such an awesome dance piece.
You've definately missed nothing on the progression and drag the listener into the music. I'd prefer this than *most* of the dance radio crap, whom just throw in vocals or do crappy remixes.

Other than my little rant. This is really top quality stuff!

Ethalyn responds:

Hah this is a really old one, but still one of my favorites ^_^ Im totally glad you liked it to! =D

Serene.

I just came back from one heck of a capoeira lesson, and listening to this piece made me forget that nagging hip ache from those awkward stretches.

It's definately a different style to what you normally do. But your progressing is awesome + you always get a sense of mood across with your piece. Many hats off for another wonderous piece!

Another chiptunes juicy piece!

it goes chiptunes, then the nasty bass is creeping in. Sweet progression with music. The bass is a tiny bit less than your other songs, but still fits in like a charm.

one minute XD

Awesome opening, and you'd cut it *just* when I could feel the main juicy bit comming out.
Has almost the same mood as Shallow space, but with the piano it gives much more emotion and really sets the mind up for an emotional reminiscence. But that's only the start.

Definately getting the album!

nubbinownz responds:

:) the rest of it is on my myspace :D

Must review

I have lost count of the amount of times I've listened to this. And when I linked this to my brother, "another appreciator of good DnB". I realised this hand'nt been reviewed.

Well I cannot even put a foot down on where it's good. I can say one thing and I'll definately miss a point. It's definately one of your most energetic of pieces. And damn, the bass is one hell of a kick!

Late comment. but the "Nubbinownz" era shall live on!

Interesting

I know every other guy is saying it's quite a good BG music for a street scene. Im a bit unsure.

But its calm and mellow, if I had to scene it then it'll definately be a night scene.
Top quality stuff.

Blasphem-E responds:

Everyone can have there own opinion lol. If the standard scene doesn't work for you, then it doesn't lol. You have your own creative mind which thought up a night scene man. Thanks for the review, glad you liked it

.....

Creativity is at it's best when bored..

This is one of them. Pure awesome in a minute and a half!.

I might even save this for some sort of vid.
